One-woman-show

In this solo performance MiekMiek sings and plays all different styles, from jazz to latin, from popballads to swinging funk/soul and everything in between.  She sings in all kind of languages.      Her repertoire is available at this site.

With latin is meant not only salsa, merengue and bachata, but also samba, reggae, soca and romantic boleros and rumbas for the sensitive people.

MiekMiek is very versatile not only in her music, but also in her reaction to the situation and the audience.  Do you want background music during diner, she will create a nice atmosphere of quiet, sweet sounds and songs.

But do you want a real show and a dancing crowd, then she can bring an exciting and thrilling performance, that can become so hot and wild that she maybe ends up laying down on a table or bar,  playing her saxophone. It’s all up to you.

Of this show  a CD is available, made on St. Maarten, inspired by the Caribbean sea.
